Sadly, 2024 brought with it some heartbreaking moments as we bid farewell to some of our dear participants who are no longer with us. Their absence is deeply felt, and we continue to extend our heartfelt condolences to their families, loved ones, and to the staff who worked closely with them. Loss is never easy, but it reminds us of the importance of cherishing every moment and connection we build in our work.

To our coordinators, case managers, guardians, and everyone, thank you for placing your trust in us. Your belief in our ability to manage the challenges and matters you brought to us is truly appreciated. Through it all, we have remained committed to our core values: We serve with love, and We love to serve. These words are not just a slogan; they are the essence of everything we do, and I am grateful that together we uphold this standard every single day.

Amidst the highs and lows of the year, we have also celebrated remarkable milestones. Your hard work has enabled us to achieve great things in 2024, and I am confident that with this same spirit, 2025 will bring even greater accomplishments.
